# The Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005, Article 13: Access to works


The undertaker may, for the purposes of the authorised works, form and lay out means of access or improve existing means of access in such locations within the limits of deviation as may be approved by the highway authority but such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
