Article 20 Restriction on apparatus

For the purposes of section 61 of the 1991 Act (restrictions on apparatus in protected streets) any authorised guided busway including any emergency and maintenance access track or other facility provided in connection with it shall be deemed to have been designated by the street authority as a protected street.
