# The Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005, Article 35: Power to charge fares


The undertaker may demand, take and recover or waive such charges for carrying passengers or goods on the busway system or for any other services or facilities provided in connection with the operation of the busway system, as it thinks fit.
