# The Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005, Article 38: As to quality partnership schemes


Section 114(6)(b) of the Transport Act 2000 (quality partnership schemes not to include requirements as to frequency or timing of services) shall not apply to any quality partnership scheme made in relation to services operating on any authorised guided busway.
