# The Camden (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 106) Order 1990, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 6th August 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to section 7(6) of the 1984 Act, hereby makes the following Order:
