# The Cannock Chase Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2002, Article 2: Establishment, operational date and name of the Primary Care Trust


(1) There is hereby established with effect from 20th March 2002 Primary Care Trust to be called the Cannock Chase Primary Care Trust.
(2) The operational date of the trust shall be 1st April 2002.
