# The Capital Requirements Regulation (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 3: Title I of Part One: subject matter, scope and definitions

In Article 4 (definitions), in paragraph (1A), after the definition of “Bank” insert—
““CRR rules” has the meaning given by section 144A of FSMA (CRR rules);”.
