# The Capital Requirements Regulations 2013, Paragraph 12


In section 188 (assessment: consultation with EC competent authorities) in subsection (3) for “by a host state regulator in relation to a UK authorised person” substitute “ in relation to a UK authorised person by the home state regulator of an EEA firm ”.
