# The Capital Requirements Regulations 2013, Paragraph 39


For section 41 (general interpretation) substitute—
“General interpretation
41 In this Act—
“the Bank” means the Bank of England;
“the capital requirements regulation” means Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.”.
