  "text": "(1) The Terrorism Act 2000 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 3A (regulated sector and supervisory authorities) —\n(a) in paragraph 1(b) (business in the regulated sector) for “Banking Consolidation Directive” substitute “ Capital Requirements Directive ” in both places where it appears;\n(b) in paragraph 1(2)(a) for “Article 4(1) of the Banking Consolidation Directive” substitute “ Article 4(1)(1) of the Capital Requirements Regulation ”.\n(c) in paragraph 1(2)(b) for “Article 4(3) of that Directive” substitute “ Article 4(1)(17) of that Regulation ”;\n(d) in paragraph 3(1) (interpretation)—\n(i) omit the definition of “the Banking Consolidation Directive”; and\n(ii) at the appropriate place insert—\n“the Capital Requirements Regulation” means Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council”;\n(e) In paragraph 3(3) for “Banking Consolidation Directive” substitute “ Capital Requirements Regulation ”.\n(3) In paragraph 6(1) of Schedule 6 (financial institution)—\n(a) for paragraph (g) substitute—\n“(g) a European institution carrying on a home Member State regulated activity (within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council);”;\n(b) in paragraph (h) for “that Directive” substitute “ Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013, ”.",
