  "text": "In regulation 3(1) (interpretation) of the Financial Collateral Arrangements (No. 2) Regulations 2003 for the definition of “credit claims” substitute—\n““credit claims” means pecuniary claims which arise out of an agreement whereby a credit institution, as defined in Article 4(1)(1) of Regulation (EU) 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013, and including the institutions listed in Article 2(5)(2) to (23) of Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013, grants credit in the form of a loan;”.",
