# The Capital Requirements Regulations 2013, Paragraph 72: Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Controllers) (Exemption) Order 2009


In article 2 (interpretation) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Controllers) (Exemption) Order 2009 in paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant UK authorised person” for “banking consolidation directive” substitute “ capital requirements directive ”.
