# The Car Fuel Benefit Order 2012, Article 1: Citation, commencement and effect


(1) This Order may be cited as the Car Fuel Benefit Order 2012.
(2) This Order comes into force on 2nd April 2012 and has effect for the tax year 2012-13 and subsequent tax years.
