# The Caravan Sites Act 1968 (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 30 November 2007
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the power conferred on the Secretary of State by section 13(3) of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 and now vested in them and having consulted such persons or bodies as appear to them to be concerned in accordance with section 13(3) of that Act, make the following Order:
