Regulation 2 Amendment of the Carbon Accounting Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2010

The Carbon Accounting Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2010f1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In regulation 2 (interpretation), for the definition of “registry administrator” substitute—
““registry administrator” means the national administrator for the UK Registry specified in Article 3(2)(k) of the Registries Regulationf2,”.
