  "text": "(1) In article 1(2) of the Sale of Optical Appliances Order of Council 1984, in the definition of “registered blind or partially sighted”—\n(a) omit “, in relation to a person, that he is registered as a blind or partially sighted person”;\n(b) in paragraph (a), at the beginning, insert “registered as a blind or partially sighted person”;\n(c) in paragraph (b)—\n(i) at the beginning, insert “registered as a blind or partially sighted person”;\n(ii) omit the “or” at the end;\n(d) in paragraph (c)—\n(i) at the beginning, insert “registered as a blind or partially sighted person”;\n(ii) at the end, insert “or”;\n(e) after paragraph (c) insert—\n“(d) registered as sight-impaired or severely sight-impaired in a register kept under section 77(1) of the Care Act 2014 (registers of sight-impaired adults).”.",
