  "text": "(1) The application of the HRA's seal must be authenticated by the signature of a member of the HRA or a person who has been authorised (whether generally or specifically) for the purpose.\n(2) A document purporting to be duly executed under the HRA's seal or to be signed on its behalf must be received in evidence and, unless the contrary is proved, taken to be so executed or signed.\n(3) But this paragraph does not apply in relation to a document which is, or is to be, signed in accordance with the law of Scotland.",
