Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Care and Support (Deferred Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 5th February 2018

In these Regulations, “the Principal Regulations” means the Care and Support (Deferred Payment) Regulations 2014f1.
