Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Care and Support (Direct Payments) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 1st April 2016.

In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the Care and Support (Direct Payments) Regulations 2014^f1.
