# The Care and Support (Ordinary Residence) (Specified Accommodation) Regulations 2014, Regulation 3: Care home accommodation


For the purposes of these Regulations “care home accommodation” means accommodation in a care home within the meaning given by section 3 of the Care Standards Act 2000 .
