Regulation 2 Amendment of the Care Homes Regulations 2001
(1)
Regulation 19 of the Care Homes Regulations 2001f1 (fitness of workers) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2)
In paragraph (5)(d)—
(a)
in head (i), for the words “1 to 6” there shall be substituted the words “1 to 7”;
(b)
heads (ii) and (iii) shall be omitted.
(3)
In paragraph (6), for the words “1st April 2003” there shall be substituted the words “31st October 2004”.
