# The Care Homes Regulations 2001, Paragraph 1


The following details about the children for whom it is intended that accommodation should be provided—
(a) their age-range;
(b) their sex;
(c) the number of children;
(d) whether they are disabled, have special needs or any other special characteristics; and
(e) the range of needs that the care home is intended to meet.
