  "heading": "Applications for listed building or scheduled monument consent",
  "text": "Where the Chapter of a cathedral church proposes to make any application for—\n(a) listed building consent under section 8 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, or\n(b) scheduled monument consent under section 2 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979,\nin respect of any building or monument within the precinct of the cathedral church, the administrator shall send to the Commission a notice stating that representations in writing with respect to the proposed application may be sent to him or her before the end of the prescribed period.",
