Article 12 Departures from forms in Appendix

Where any notice, application, appeal or request which is not required by the Measure to be in a prescribed form is required by any of the foregoing provisions of these rules to be in a form set out in the Appendix, it may instead be in a form which departs from but does not differ substantially from that form.
