# Care of Cathedrals Rules 1990, Article 20: Declarations of personal interest


Any member of the Commission or of a committee may take part in discussion of a matter in which he has a personal interest after declaring such interest, but shall not vote on the matter and in any event shall withdraw before a vote on the matter is taken.
