# The Care of Cathedrals Rules 2006, Article 11: Application for listed building consent or scheduled monument consent


(1) Any notice required by section 15 to be given by the administrator to the Commission in relation to a proposed application for listed building consent or scheduled monument consent shall be in Form 15 in Schedule 2 and shall be accompanied by plans, drawings, specifications and other documents adequately to describe the proposed application.
(2) The period for the sending of representations in writing to the administrator to be specified in any notice under sub-rule (1) shall be 28 days beginning with the date the notice is sent or delivered to the Commission.
