  "text": "Any document required or authorised by the Measure or these rules to be sent or delivered to any person or body shall be sent or delivered to the usual or last known address of that person or body by any of the following means—\n(a) by first class post,\n(b) by leaving it at that address,\n(c) by document exchange by leaving it addressed to that person or body’s numbered box at the DX of that person or body,\n(d) by electronic means.",
