  "text": "(1) The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 is modified as follows.\n(2) After section 53 insert—\n“Power to modify integration planning and delivery principles\n53A The Scottish Ministers may by regulations modify—\n(a) section 4 so as to change the integration planning principles,\n(b) section 31 so as to change the integration delivery principles.”.\n(3) In section 69 (subordinate legislation), in subsection (2), for “and 20” substitute “, 20 and 53A”.",
