# Care Reform (Scotland) Act 2025, Section 23: Assistance in inspections from Healthcare Improvement Scotland

Extent: S

(1) The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 is modified as follows.
(2) After section 57 insert—
“Assistance in inspections from Healthcare Improvement Scotland
57A (1) Healthcare Improvement Scotland may assist SCSWIS in carrying out an inspection under this Part.
(2) Healthcare Improvement Scotland may charge a reasonable fee determined by it for any assistance provided by virtue of subsection (1).”.
