# Care Reform (Scotland) Act 2025, Section 39: Commencement

Extent: S

(1) The following come into force on the day after Royal Assent: section 30 and this Part.
(2) The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.
