# The Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No. 21) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No. 21) Order 2005.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Care Standards Act 2000.
