  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.11) (Wales) Order 2003.\n(2) In this Order—\n“Act” (“Deddf”) means the Care Standards Act 2000;\n“Council” (“Cyngor”) means the Care Council for Wales established by section 54(1)(b) of the Act.\n(3) This Order applies in relation to Wales.",
