# The Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.12) (Wales) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation interpretation and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.12) (Wales) Order 2003.
(2) In this Order —
“the Act” (“y Deddf”) means the Care Standards Act 2000.
(3) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
