# The Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.19) (England) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation, interpretation and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.19) (England) Order 2004.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Care Standards Act 2000.
(3) This Order applies to England only.
