# The Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.19) (England) Order 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides for the coming into force on 1st March 2004 of sections 56(1)(b), (2) and (4) and section 55(3)(g) of the Care Standards Act 2000, in so far as they relate to the General Social Care Council.
The provisions are commenced in England only.
