# Care Standards Act 2000, Paragraph 18


In section 144 of the Government of Wales Act 1998 (accounts etc.), in subsection (8)(a), after “the Welsh Administration Ombudsman” there shall be inserted “ the Children’s Commissioner for Wales ”.
