  "text": "(1) A person is subject to financial oversight for the financial oversight period.\n(2) The “financial oversight period” is the period of 12 months beginning with the day on which the Secretary of State makes a determination under section 30ZE(1), but this is subject to subsection (3).\n(3) If the Secretary of State makes a further determination under section 30ZE(1)before the end of the financial oversight period, that period is extended until the end of the period of 12 months beginning with the day on which the further determination is made.",
