  "heading": "Power to limit profits of relevant providers: supplementary provision",
  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may by regulations require relevant providers to make an annual return to the Secretary of State for the purpose of determining whether they have complied with any requirement imposed by regulations under section 30ZK.\n(2) Regulations under this section may make provision—\n(a) about the contents of the return;\n(b) about the period in respect of which, and date by which, it is to be made.\n(3) Regulations under this section may make provision conferring on the Secretary of State powers to require the provision of information from relevant providers in connection with the contents of the return.\n(4) “Relevant provider” has the same meaning as in section 30ZK.",
