  "text": "(1) Any power of the Scottish Ministers to make regulations under this Act includes power to make—\n(a) different provision for different purposes,\n(b) incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision.\n(2) Regulations under—\n(a) section 1(3),\n(b) section 7(1),\n(c) section 8(1),\n(d) section 13,\n(e) section 14(1),\n(f) section 21(4),\n(g) section 23(1),\n(h) section 25(2),\n(i) section 43(1) which add to, replace or omit the text of an Act,\nare subject to the affirmative procedure.\n(3) All other regulations under this Act are subject to the negative procedure.\n(4) This section does not apply to regulations under section 45.",
