  "text": "This Order confers privileges and immunities upon the Caribbean Development Bank, its officers, employees and experts performing missions on its behalf. These privileges and immunities are conferred in accordance with Chapter VIII of the Agreement establishing the Caribbean Development Bank (Cmnd. 4358) signed at Kingston, Jamaica, on 18th October 1969, as limited by the declaration permitted by Article 63(3) which accompanied the instrument of ratification.",
