Regulation 10 Amendments relating to the penalty payable by a person responsible for a clandestine entrant

In regulation 3—

(a)

in paragraph (1) (maximum penalty payable by a responsible person in respect of a clandestine entrant or concealed person), for “£2,000” substitute “£10,000”;

(b)

in paragraph (2) (maximum aggregate penalty payable by a responsible person in respect of a clandestine entrant or concealed person), for “£4,000” substitute “£20,000”.
