# The Carriers' Liability (Clandestine Entrants) (Revised Code of Practice for Vehicles) Order 2004, Article 1


This Order may be cited as the Carriers' Liability (Clandestine Entrants) (Revised Code of Practice for Vehicles) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st March 2004.
