  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the Act” means the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999;\n“charge notice” means the notice mentioned in section 40A(2);\n“clandestine entrant” has the meaning given by section 32(1) of the Act;\n“penalty notice” means the notice mentioned in section 35(2) of the Act;\n“notice of objection” means the notice mentioned in sections 35(4) and 40A(3) of the Act; and\n“responsible person” means a person responsible for a clandestine entrant under section 32 of the Act.",
