# The Carriers' Liability Regulations 2002, Regulation 3: Clandestine entrants: penalty payable in respect of each clandestine entrant


(1) The amount prescribed for the purposes of section 32(2A)(a) of the Act (the maximum penalty payable by a responsible person in respect of a clandestine entrant or person concealed with him) is £2,000.
(2) The amount prescribed for the purposes of section 32(2A)(c) of the Act (the maximum aggregate penalty payable in respect of a clandestine entrant or person concealed with him) is £4,000.
