# The Caseins and Caseinates (England) Regulations 2017, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Caseins and Caseinates (England) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 26th September 2017.
(2) They only apply in relation to England.
