  "text": "In section 44 (provisions as to Southwark) in subsection (1) for the words “A scheme made under this Measure” there shall be substituted the words “ The constitution or statutes made in pursuance of paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Cathedrals Measure 1999 and any revision thereof under Part II of that Measure ”.",
