Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Cattewater Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 24th October 2005.

The Cattewater Harbour Order 1915^f1, the Cattewater Harbour Order 1925^f2, the Cattewater Harbour Order 1950^f3, the Cattewater Harbour Order 1986^f4 and this Order may be cited together as the Cattewater Harbour Orders 1915 to 2005.
