  "heading": "Repeals, revocations and savings",
  "text": "(1) On the new constitution date, the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 to this Order are repealed or revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.\n(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of section 5 of the Cattewater Harbour Order 1915, the provisions of the Commissioners Clauses Act 1847 with respect to borrowing shall continue to be incorporated with that Order so far as consistent with and not expressly varied by that Order.",
