  "text": "In this Order—\n“the administration manager” means the officer appointed by the Commissioners for general administrative purposes;\n“the chairman” means the chairman of the Commissioners;\n“the Commissioners” means the Cattewater Harbour Commissioners;\n“commissioner” means a member of the Commissioners;\n“the deputy chairman” means the deputy chairman of the Commissioners;\n“the designated officer” means the harbour master appointed by the Commissioners or such other officer of the Commissioners as may be designated by them;\n“the harbour” means the harbour of Cattewater within the limits prescribed by section 17 of the Cattewater Harbour Order 1915; and\n“the new constitution date” means 1st November 2005.",
