# The Cattewater Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2005, Paragraph 4


A resolution circulated to all Commissioners and approved by six or more of them in writing, shall take effect as if approved at a meeting of the Commissioners but must then be reported to and included in the minutes of the next meeting of the Commissioners.
